IMMEDIATE NEED FOR DONATIONS
With the passing of Amendment 13 in Florida, which bans greyhound racing by year-end 2020, there will be an influx of greyhounds that will be in need of loving homes starting at the beginning of 2019. Whether it is $5 or $500 donation, all is appreciated and will go towards the vetting (spay/neuter, dental, vaccinations) and transportation fees of these additional greyhounds coming into our group.
What Freedom Greyhound Rescue is All About:
Freedom Greyhound Rescue (FGR) is not a kennel.
It is a foster care program. Potential adopters meet our adoptable greyhounds in their own home during a meet-n-greet to see if the greyhounds would be a perfect fit for their family. FGR works to offer educational outreach where individuals can experience “a day in the life of a dog”.
