Virtual Halloween Costume Contest

Guidelines and Rules:
1. Entries: Entrants must be at least 18 years old or above or have parent approval to participate.
2. Submission: Submission will begin on October 1, 2020 @ 8:00 am EST and end on October 30, 2020 @ 12:00 pm EST. There is a $10.00 entrance fee per pet. Have more than 3 pets? No problem. Registration fee capped at $30.00 per family. Pet(s) are allowed only one costume entry. Registration required for every pet entered. Pet owners in photos are optional. To be considered, pets should be dressed in an appropriate Halloween costume. Obscene, political, lewd or cruel entries where pets appear uncomfortable or in distress will be removed from the contest
3. Registration: Register online for the contest HERE, then email your picture(s) to fgr@freedomgreyhoundrescue.org

4. Voting: Three random winners will be announced October 31st, 2020 via website page and Facebook page. Winners will be contacted via email.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive $30.00 in gift certificates to a pet retail store.
Participant Acknowledgement
By participating in the Contest, each entrant acknowledges that his/her entry in the Contest constitutes that entrant's consent to use and publish in any media avenue the winner's first name, pet’s name, photograph, hometown and state, without further compensation. By submitting photos to the contest, you verify that you are the copyright holder for each photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Freedom Greyhound Rescue for this contest and all future purposes.
Proceeds from the contest will allow Freedom Greyhound Rescue to continue to bring retired racing greyhounds from Florida to Ohio through year end 2020.
